Statement Taking and Completion of Questionnaires
By adopting a friendly and professional approach at all times we
interview claimants and witnesses in their own homes and by placing them at ease enable them to provide a thorough account in order to assist with the claim.
We draft comprehensive and detailed Statements and can include Employment History, Causation, Liability and Quantum Statements in accordance with your Instructions.
We can complete Questionnaires and ensure relevant points are furnished in detail.
Site Inspections and Locus Reports
A full Road Traffic Accident report (risk assessment permitting) would include a proportionate CAD plan with measurements and points of reference, and a comprehensive Photographic Schedule showing representative approaches of Client and Third Party together with a description of each and a written summary of our findings.
A Public Liability Slip and Trip Inspection would include a measurement of the defect together with a Photographic Schedule showing a representative approach of the Claimant from various distances, a general view of the area and wherever possible seek witnesses to the defect together with a summary of our findings.
We also carry out Joint Inspections.
CFA Explanation and Funding Checks
Many Clients are confused or are suspicious about the CFA Process or fail to properly check the existence of alternative Funding.
We can assist you by securing appointments with your Client at the earliest convenience and increase the prospect of a positive outcome.
Being fully conversant with the CFA Procedure and with our friendly and professional approach we develop Client trust by delivering a full explanation.
We exercise patience and provide reassurance to those who are nervous confused or are suspicious ensuring they have a full as possible understanding and confidence of the No Win – No fee Agreement.
We will check for the existence of any Legal Expenses Insurance and obtain details and copies of any relevant Policies.

Due to the value and importance of signed Documentation, this will be returned to you by hand if your Offices are in or around the Newcastle upon Tyne area, otherwise this will be returned to you by Special Next Day Delivery.
Forms of Authority and Consent
These generally go hand in hand with CFA Signings. We will check details are correct and amend as necessary and return them to you and under these circumstances this service is complimentary to the CFA appointment.
Photographs
We will obtain evidence on your behalf such as Clinical Injury and other Photographs mounted within a Photographic Schedule.
Errant Client Enquiries
If you for some reason experience difficulty in contacting one of your Clients we will endeavour to contact them on your behalf usually during out of office hours and request them to re-establish communication with you.
We have often been successful in this regard as the likelihood of making contact is increased simply by us making efforts during the evening and weekends.
